André offers a range of delicate gluten free cookies in a hybrid design.
The tiny and refined cookies are by their nature different from what you normally find on the “gluten free” shelves.
As to ingredients, no palm oil was used but real butter, real fruit pieces, chocolate and gluten free oats. This results in an experience that approaches the one of a conventional biscuit.
The hybrid design appeals to both the customers in need of gluten free or healthy products, and the customers looking for something different.
