D’Haubry

D’Haubry is a Belgian multiple awarded concept of macarons.
The macarons are offered in 3 temperature levels: ambient, chilled and frozen, and marketed through 2 brands:

  • Macarons de Pauline for the ambient offering
  • Macarons de Paris for the chilled and frozen offering

The uniqueness of this multiple awarded concept is, besides the heavenly experience in texture and taste, and the attractive design of the packaging, the use of natural colors and a specific internally developped filling. This filling helps, in combination with a clever way of packing, controlling the migration of moisture from the filling into the macaron biscuit. So a longer shelf life could be guaranteed minimizing the risk of spoilage for the Trade and the Consumer.
In about 5 years this multi-channel oriented concept grew to the 5th largest manufacturer of macarons worldwide with a branded presence in about 20 countries until it was taken over by Poppies International in 2014.
