Little BIG Bakery

Little BIG Bakery’s business model was based on an innovative and patented concept whereby pancakes were made in the shape of a (licensed) character, including the lines for eyes, noses and mouth.
Toddlers and children being the main target group, licenses were taken with Disney.
Pancakes in the shape of the heads of Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh were created and sold via Jumbo (NL) and Colruyt (BE).
In 2011 the meanwhile multiple awarded concept and its patent were both taken over by Le Tigreat, the pancake factory owned by Biscuiterie St. Michel out of France.
